Football Pups – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
  • A child’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Attendance

  • Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time.
  • If your child cannot attend a session, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot usually be transferred unless agreed at Football Pups’ discretion.

3. Parent/Guardian Participation

  • Football Pups classes are designed for young children and require an adult to remain with their child throughout the session unless otherwise stated.
  • Parents/carers remain responsible for their child’s behaviour and supervision during the class.

4. Health & Medical Information

  • Parents must inform Football Pups of any medical conditions, allergies or additional support needs before attending.
  • Children should only attend if they are well enough to participate safely.
  • If a child becomes unwell during a session, the parent/carer may be asked to take them home.

5. Safety


  • Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn.
  • Shin pads are recommended for older age groups.
  • No jewellery should be worn during sessions.
  • Football Pups reserves the right to refuse participation where safety could be compromised.


6. Cancellation by Football Pups


  • Occasionally sessions may need to be cancelled due to severe weather, venue issues or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Where possible, an alternative session or credit will be offered.
  • If this is not possible, a refund may be offered at Football Pups’ discretion.


7. Cancellation by Customers


  • If you cancel before the course starts, refunds may be given subject to an administration fee.
  • Once a course has started, refunds are generally not available except in exceptional circumstances.
  • Any approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.


8. Photography & Social Media


  • We love celebrating our sessions. Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
  • No images of your child will be used without your consent.
  • Parents may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Football Pups.


9. Behaviour


  • Football Pups is committed to creating a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
  • We expect all children and adults to behave respectfully.
  • We reserve the right to ask anyone displaying abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour to leave the session without refund.


10. Personal Belongings


  • Football Pups cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

11. Liability

  • Football Pups holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
  • While every reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment, participation is at the parent/guardian’s own risk except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  • Parents and carers participate in Football Pups sessions at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to take part in. Football Pups accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained by parents or carers during normal participation unless caused by the negligence of Football Pups or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Data Protection

  • Personal information is collected only for administering bookings, safeguarding and emergency contact purposes.
  • Information is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

13. Safeguarding

  • Football Pups is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child.
  • All coaches are appropriately qualified, PVG checked where required, and follow our safeguarding procedures.

14. Changes

  • Football Pups reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
